KUWAIT CITY, Sept 30: A Syrian has informed police that six unidentified people burgled his house, indicating they used a sharp object to threaten his son so they were able to steal cash amounting to KD 2,500, several pieces of jewelry valued at KD 1,800, three identification cards and three passports. The Syrian and his son reported the incident at Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh Police Station.

They provided police with a detailed description of the thieves. Fingerprints were lifted and investigations are going on to arrest the thieves. In another incident, an unidentified person stole the handbag of an Ethiopian woman who said the bag contained KD 3 and her personal documents. She revealed the theft happened while she was walking in Hassawi.
