KUWAIT CITY, Sep 30: His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of State of Qatar and the accompanying delegation to His Highness arrived in Kuwait today to offer condolences on the death of the late Amir, His Highness the late Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
