Tender floated to recruit cleaning, service workers

KUWAIT CITY, March 31: Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (MoSAL) has floated tender to recruit 1,250 cleaning and service workers for 92 various offices affiliated to the ministry, including Social Development Centers, children parks, nurseries and multipurpose event halls.
The duration of contracts is three years and they are renewable. Meanwhile, Secretary General of the Government and Manpower Restructuring Program (GMRP) Fawzi Al-Majdali denied the claim that aid for citizens in private sector has been reduced.
He explained the economic document revealed last week indicates a raise in allocations for national manpower support for rare specialties and vocations, and it was necessary to encourage Kuwaitis to engage in such professions, because they are always not interested in them
