KUWAIT CITY, Aug 23: The French Embassy in Kuwait said the pace of issuing visas will be slow this week due to a technical failure in France, and expressed its deep regret for the circumstances, what it called, beyond its control, reports Al-Qabas daily “We regret to inform you that due to a technical failure in France, visa issuance will be slower this week, and we thank you for your understanding,” the embassy said on its Twitter account
