Teachers exempted from inter-school transfer

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 26: Ministry of Education has exempted teachers of the schools in Sabah Al-Ahmad and Ali Sabah Al-Salem residential areas from the inter-school transfer decision issued by Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr Hamid Al-Azmi, reports Al-Anba daily.

The decision to exempt these teachers were aimed at alleviating the burdens they are facing. Dr Al-Azmi affirmed the ministry’s keenness to lift the burden and discomfort ensured by the teaching staff of Ali Sabah Al-Salem “Umm Al-Haiman” and Sabah Al-Ahmad residential areas.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health has delegated a third batch of medical staff to work in Jaber Al- Ahmad Hospital in preparation for the partial opening of the hospital on Oct 1, reports Al-Anba daily quoting informed sources. They revealed that more than 200 male and female employees have been delegated to work in the XRay, pharmacy, health inspection and nursing units.
