KUWAIT CITY, Oct 28: A Syrian woman working as a secretary for a major company in the country filed a case against an unidentified person and accused him of inciting her to commit immorality. She said the man usually calls her phone and harasses her sexually. She gave the suspect’s number to the police for investigation. Also, an Asian woman working in a boutique at a commercial complex filed a case with officers at Farwaniya police station accusing an Egyptian man working for a food delivery company of sexually harassing her.
Syrian arrested: An unidentified Syrian who had been sentenced in absentia for failing to pay KD 50,000 debt has been referred to the Sentences Enforcement Department, reports Al- Anba daily. The daily said the man was arrested during a security check in Ardhiya. In other news, another suspect, a Kuwaiti, who was wanted by law for failing to pay KD 4,000 debt, has also been arrested.
