Syrian arrested for stealing vehicle

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 29:  The Ministry of Interior of Jahara were on patrol in Taima area of Jahra Governorate when they noticed a vehicle and upon verifying with the control room found that it was a stolen vehicle. The Syrian expat who was driving the vehicle was arrested. He has been referred to the investigation department. The vehicle owner was summoned to complete legal procedures.
