Surveillance camera of the Traffic Patrol captures a suicide attempt on the 5th Ring Road

KUWAIT CITY, March 12: A patrol unit detected an individual attempting to commit suicide by throwing himself out of a vehicle on Sheikh Zayed Road “Fifth Ring”. The authorities were immediately informed to provide assistance and take appropriate action.
