Stray bullet hits child

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 1: The Public Security Operations Room in the Jahra Governorate stated that a 3-year-old child who was hit by a stray bullet allegedly fired by someone from a wedding hall nearby was rushed to the intensive care unit of the Jahra Hospital for an emergency surgery, reports Al-Rai daily. A security source said the child was playing near his home when the incident occurred.
