KUWAIT CITY, April 4: The Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT) recently met with representatives of the Health Ministry, during which it agreed to award a tender for providing health insurance to retired citizens (Afiya) to Gulf Insurance Group, which submitted the lowest bid — KD354.56 million; and conformed to the conditions and technical specifications, reports Al-Anba daily quoting sources. Sources disclosed the contract term is two years and it will be signed in the coming days.
