KUWAIT CITY, Feb 5: Since the beginning of this week, the revenue stamps supplied by the Ministry of Finance have been in ‘short supply’ at many service centers and state ministries, which has contributed to the disruption of transactions of citizens and residents, reports Al-Qabas daily.

When a representative of the Al-Qabas daily toured a number of service centers most state revenue stamps machines were empty, especially at the ministries of Justice, Interior, Transport, Foreign Affairs and Civil Information, in Sabhan due to the failure of the equipment since the beginning of the week. In the ministries area, it was remarkable to note that some of the machines particularly at the Public Authority for Civil Information, Ministry of Electricity and Ministry of Commerce and Industry, were disruptive. This is in addition to the Saad Al-Abdullah City and the Public Authority for Housing Care.
