Hamli to show last play of ‘Ghost of Opera’
KUWAIT CITY, Feb 1: During the past few days, actress Souad Abdullah has finished filming the entire series of her new drama series, ‘Paradise of My Family’ (Jannat Hally’, which is expected to be shown during Ramadan on the Kuwait TV and other satellite channels, reports Al-Rai daily.
‘Paradise of My Family’ is a television work with a new and beautiful story away from violence intertwined with social and family issues and new psychological situations – a profound presentation by the writer Nouf Al-Mudhaf who concentrates on finding solutions to such issues – especially the relationship of the father with his children and the husband’s relationship with his wife and the feeling that accompanies the loneliness and togetherness. It is a feeling of relationship of friendship and companionship, as well as the relationship of neighbors with each other, and the issues of retirees and spouses in general and many others.
Meanwhile, the creative artiste Mohammed Al-Hamli, who has returned from the Kingdom of Bahrain, after presenting three successful ‘Aladdin’ shows on the stage of the Cultural Hall, will display today the last show of the play ‘Ghost of the Opera’ to be followed by the two plays ‘Mojib’ and ‘Spiderman’, reports Al-Anba daily.
Speaking of the experience of ‘Aladdin’ in Bahrain, Al-Hamli said, “ Praise be to God, we presented three successful performances of the play, starring Abdul Rahman Al-Fahd, himself, Abdullah Al-Khidr, Abdullah Al-Ramyan, and many other stars”.
He said this was following an invitation from the Kingdom of Bahrain. “We were happy with the great response that we have seen from the Bahraini audience, and we are preparing to organize the play ‘Ghost of the Opera’, starring Meshari Al-Balam, Heba Al-Dri, Saudah and many stars and will be shown at the Medical Professions House Theater in Jabriya, which is considered the last of its theatrical performances.
Furthermore, Ahmed Muqeem is one of the most outstanding artistes in the world. He has participated in several local and international exhibitions, and his paintings have been showcased in several vital utilities in Kuwait such as the painting of His Highness the Amir and His Highness the Crown Prince at the new terminal belonging to Kuwait Airways in Kuwait International Airport, reports Al-Qabas daily.
Muqeem’s painting of the late actor Abdul Hussein Abdul Redha has been displayed at Abdul Hussein Abdul Redha Theater, and another of his painting will be displayed in Al-Salam Palace Museum in a few weeks.
A painting by artist Muqeem was displayed at Ankara International Airport for three months.
