Somali woman gang raped; Pakistani caught stealing from a car

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 17: Police are looking for three unidentified persons for molesting and raping a young Somali woman, reports Al-Rai daily. According to the complainant, she was walking along a road in Khaitan and the suspects surprised and forced her into their car and committed the crime.

Caught in act: Security patrols have arrested a 29-year-old Pakistani for attempting to steal from a car, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the man was caught redhanded in Al-Salhiya. A police source said the suspect was caught by police patrol while attempting to break into the car. When he saw the police, he attempted to escape, but he was caught and arrested. When police checked his data, they realized the man had been sentenced in absentia to five years imprisonment. He has been handed over to the Sentences Enforcement Department.

Man cheats wife: A Syrian woman has filed a complaint with the Maidan Hawally Police Station accusing her husband of forging official documents, reports Al-Anba daily. The complainant said the husband signed the contract of the house in her name instead of his without her knowledge and did not pay the rent. Meanwhile, an unidentified patient has filed a complaint with the Jabriya Police Station accusing a doctor of the Mubarak Al- Kabir Hospital of insulting him in front of other patients, reports Al-Rai daily. The doctor has been summoned for interrogation.
