KUWAIT CITY, July 13: The scholars are unanimous in agreement that inhaling sea air and the pleasant smells refreshes the body, gives it a sense of vitality and activity, and improves mood, but the smells emitted from the area of the Chest Diseases Hospital contradicts that belief because of the huge amount of pollutants and foul smell emanating from the estuaries of the sewers and others, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
The sources say, the concerned health and environment authorities must look into the issue because the situation is chronic to health and will persist if not treated.
