Semi-nude ‘jogger’ from Madagascar; Indian kills himself

KUWAIT CITY, March 18: A woman from Madagascar who was seen walking barefoot along a jogging track in Nuzha, body covered only with a piece of cloth, has been admitted to a hospital, reports Al-Anba daily.

The daily added, the African woman was seen by a Kuwaiti woman while she was jogging and informed the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior. According to initial reports, the woman is suffering from psychological problems and the Home Employment Department has summoned the owner of a domestic labor office to find out if he was aware of the psychological problem of the ‘maid’.

Indian kills himself
A 1977-born Indian expatriate was found hanging from a tree along Airport Road opposite Khaitan area. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about a man hanging from the tree, securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location and pulled him down to discover he was dead. They checked his details to discover he is an Indian expatriate. His corpse was referred to the Forensics Department. A case was registered and investigations have been launched to determine if the man had committed suicide or if foul play is involved.
