Semi-naked Kuwaiti and an Asian woman arrested in Salmiya

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 30: Police have arrested an unidentified Kuwaiti and an Asian woman, who was allegedly semi-naked, and charged the couple with scandalous behavior, reports Al-Anba daily.

According to the security sources, the arrest came at dawn while driving along the Restaurants Street in Salmiya. The daily added, the Kuwaiti was also wanted by law for failing to pay debt.
