Securitymen ‘seize’ 10 kilos meth drugs from citizen’s livestock pen

KUWAIT CITY, April 4: A Kuwaiti citizen was arrested in possession of ten kilograms of methamphetamine and items used for producing the drug inside a livestock pen in Kabad area, reports Al-Seyassah daily. When the Drugs Control General Department received information about a Kuwaiti citizen running a meth lab inside his livestock pen in Kabad area, a team was formed for conducting investigations. After confirming the information and obtaining a warrant, securitymen raided the livestock pen and caught the suspect redhanded in the act of producing the drug.

They confiscated ten kilograms of methamphetamine which were ready to be sold, as well as items used for producing the drug. During interrogations, he confessed that he receives the necessary items from a neighboring country via an individual. A case was registered, and the suspect was referred with the confiscated items to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.
