Saudi Arabia defeats Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 23: Kuwait Men’s Junior handball team suffered yet another defeat at hands of Saudi Arabia 31-34 in the third stage of second group of 9th Asian Championship in Bahrain. The first loss was against Japan 26-31. Saudi Arabia won its third consecutive match defeating Iraq 44-22 and Qatar 27-24 and are leading with 6 points in the group stage.

Kuwait will play its fourth match against Iraq, while Qatar meets Japan and UAE against Saudi Arabia. Uzbekistan will meet South Korea and India will face Bahrain.
