Robbery bid in nurses ‘home’

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 7: The Ministry of Health has refuted the testimony of the father of a bedoun who reportedly broke into the apartment housing female nurses in Fahaheel, reports Al-Rai daily.

According to the father’s testimony the suspect went to steal a remote control, but this testimony has been rubbished by the ministry. A health source affirmed the bedoun broke into the nurses’ residence to steal two television sets and the remote control.

The source also said the suspect was caught red-handed when he broke into the government facility and charged with stealing the TV sets and remote and terrifying the nurses. He pointed out Ministry of Health does not have the right to waive or pardon the defendant
