Residence transfer of parents (Article 22) to children

KUWAIT CITY, April 1: The transfer of residencies of parents to the sponsorship of their children in accordance with Article 22 (family visa) is the responsibility of the office of the Assistant Undersecretary for Residency Affairs Major General Anwar Al-Barjas, reports Al-Qabas daily quoting reliable sources. They explained that the residency affairs departments in the six governorates, and the General Department of Residency Affairs do not receive these transactions. Instead, such transactions should be referred to the office of the Assistant Undersecretary for Residency Affairs.
