KUWAIT CITY, May 30: The General Administration of Civil Aviation issued a circular to the airlines operating at Kuwait International Airport, to accept the reservations of Kuwaiti citizens and their first-degree relatives, and the accompanying domestic workers who wish to return to Kuwait on their own account especially after the evacuation phase of Kuwaiti citizens.
