KUWAIT CITY, July 12: The Public Relations Department of Kuwait Municipality Tuesday announced that inspection campaign titled ‘Your Health Concerns Us’ will continue in collaboration with the Municipal Services Investigation and Follow-up Department and emergency teams in all six governorates, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
Jaza Al-Dehani, supervisor of Markets and Foodstuffs said the Ahmadi Municipality Services Investigation and Follow up Department recently embarked on a field tour of the supermarkets in Fahaheel area during which the officials issued 10 citations and destroyed 18 kilograms of unwholesome foodstuffs. He said officials monitored the markets to ensure that consumers buy healthy and valid food items.
