KUWAIT CITY, Feb 18: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) is confused because it has not received envelopes which are used by Kuwaitis and residents to submit documents for new ID requests or renewals, reports Al-Shahed daily.According to PACI the company supplying these envelopes has failed to respond as a result of which some may end up paying fine due to delay in renewing their civil IDs.
