Polish Embassy in Kuwait holds jazz concert

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 11: The Embassy of Poland in Kuwait held The Popular Jazz Songs Concert commemorating the 104th anniversary of regaining independence of Poland on Nov 9, 2022. The concert was presented by an unusual duo who combined the original sound of the Hammond organ, played by Kajetan Galas, and the warm sound of Margo Zuber’s contralto.

They performed jazz standards from the Great American Songbook and the most beautiful Polish songs in their own arrangements. Polish Ambassador to Kuwait Pawel Lechowicz welcomed the guests, who were regaled by the performance. By Mujahid Iqbal
