KUWAIT CITY, Nov 25: An unidentified Egyptian who was arrested and referred to the Jabriya Police Station for taking pictures of people crowding at the government offices in Hawalli was released after he signed a pledge not to repeat the ‘offense’, reports Al-Rai daily.According to a security source, employees at one of the government agencies in Hawally saw the man making a video clip of people gathered at the office and called the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior.When he was referred to the police station he said he just wanted to prove to his friend that the office was crowded and that he was busy completing a transaction.
