KUWAIT CITY, Oct 21: Undersecretary of Ministry of Interior Lieutenant General Essam Al-Naham has asked Director General of Kuwait Municipality to issue licenses for new security points in Lulua Al-Khai-ran area, reports Al-Shahed daily.In the letter he sent Kuwait Municipality, Lieutenant Al-Naham revealed about the recent observation of the increase in the phenomenon of reckless driving in Lulua Al-Khairan area, adding that several complaints have been received concerning immoral activities and public brawls, especially in high-density locations within the area.He stressed the need for fixed security points in many locations with the deployment of patrol teams to work there round the clock. Lieutenant General Al-Naham requested for the approval to issue licenses for temporary security points until permanent security points are completed.
