PAM stops issuing ‘to work’ or ‘not to work’ certificates

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 28: The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has announced the suspension of issuing ‘to work’ or ‘not to work’ certificates to stateless persons in all citizen service centers, reports Al-Anba daily quoting sources.
Sources clarified these certificates will be issued only at the Coordination and Follow-up Department in the Employment Affairs Sector in Jabriya. The daily also learned from the sources that PAM is currently looking into the possibility of issuing the certificates in labor departments in various governorates.
