PAM employees strike for an hour to protest ‘non-parity’ with MGRP staff

KUWAIT CITY, April 23: Employees of Public Authority for Manpower carried out a one-hour strike to protest the non-parity with the employees of Manpower and Government Restructuring Program (MGRP) in terms of bonuses and allowances, reports Al-Rai daily.

At the same time, Deputy Director for Financial and Human Resources Department at Public Authority for Manpower Eng Kholoud Al-Shihab revealed that excellent performance bonuses will be deposited in the bank accounts of the deserving employees within a few days. Al-Shihab said the authority has allocated an amount for excellent performance bonuses, which will be disbursed to all who are entitled to receive them in all sectors and departments based on the regulations and conditions of the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
