Over 300 illegals, criminals held in Mahboula – More such raids to follow

KUWAIT CITY, June 7: The Ministry of Interior during a raid in Mahboula area arrested more than 300 violators of the residence and labor laws and a few criminals within a short period of time, says the Al-Rai Arabic daily. Al-Rai daily quoting security sources said the Interior Ministry plans to organize similar surprise campaigns in densely populated areas to flush out undesirable elements.

The General Administration of Public Relations and Security Media Department, represented by the Ahmadi Governorate Security Directorate, carried out a sudden comprehensive security campaign in the Mahboula area. Taking part in the campaign was the General Administration of Emergency Police, the General Administration of Criminal Investigation and the General Administration of Public Relations and Security Media. A majority if those arrested residence law violators and two cases of drugs and alcohol possession.
