KUWAIT CITY, Oct 3: An Asian woman tried to commit suicide by consuming large number of pills inside the kitchen of her sponsor’s house in Qurain area. According to sources, the Kuwaiti woman went to her kitchen to find her housemaid on the ground with the medicine pack next to her. She immediately reported the incident to the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior. Paramedics rushed to the location with securitymen and referred her to Adan Hospital for treatment where she was admitted in the Intensive Care Unit. When questioned, the sponsor said she had no idea why her housemaid would do this, adding that the housemaid did not face any problems in the house.
