No fines for Kuwaitis and Expats related to renewal of driving license and vehicle registration validity

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 12: The Ministry of Interior announced that Kuwaitis and expats will be exempted from the fines arising due to expiration of the driver’s license and the validity of the vehicle ownership registration book during the suspension period till 26th Mar 2020
