KUWAIT CITY, Nov 30: The officers of the Capital Investigations Department are looking for two unknown thieves who are believed to be in their 20s according to the testimony of the victims, who have devised a new method to steal cars, reports Al-Anba daily. According to the security sources, the suspects deliberately collide with the vehicle and when the man climbs out of the vehicle to check the size of the damage, one of them gets behind the wheel and drives off. The daily added, three motorists have reported the theft of their vehicles in similar fashion.
