KUWAIT CITY, Aug 15: MP Faisal Al-Kandari has asked the Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAAFR) to implement the Environmental Green Belt Project in Sabah Al-Ahmad City in order to avoid environmental damages caused by dust storms and unstable weather conditions during summer.

In a press statement, Al-Kandari explained the idea of implementing the project on the perimeter of the city by putting three fences near each other, indicating this will limit sand movement towards homes or highways. He added the green belt will improve the soil and the environment.
