More arrests made in murder case of an Egyptian

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 18: Police have taken into custody a third suspect in the Bneid Al-Gar murder of an Egyptian who was believed to be in his 30s, reports Al-Anba daily. The suspect, who had remained at large was seized in the suburb of Umm Al-Haiman yesterday.

The Media Public Relations and Security Information Department at the Interior Ministry said the suspect has been referred to the concerned authorities. The Egyptian was reportedly stabbed to death during a fight last Sunday. The alleged murderer duo of husband and wife were arrested in less than 24 hours of the murder while attempting to leave the country via the Kuwait International Airport.
