MOI arrests 28 illegal expats

KUWAIT CITY, June 13: The Ministry of Interior arrested 28 residence violators, 3 absconders, 6 with expired residence, 3 beggars, 1 person without any ID proof and an apartment running a fake maids office. All have been referred to the competent authority to take necessary legal action against them.
