KUWAIT CITY, May 30 : Based on recent recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and from the medical fraternities the isolation of COVID 19 patients have been changed to 10 days from the day of symptoms of coronavirus was detected.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Mustafa Reda stated that Ministry of Health has updated the policy of isolating patients infected with coronavirus (COVID 19) who are showing symptoms to be quarantined up to 10 days. Patient can then discharged from isolation by completing procedures.
