Missing 20yr old Kuwaiti girl found after 2 weeks

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 28: Personnel from Hawally Security Directorate have arrested a 20-year-old Kuwaiti girl who was reported missing by her parents two weeks ago, reports Al-Rai daily. According to security sources, the young woman had left the house in anger after the parents advised her to stop visiting a ‘friend’. She reportedly left the house past midnight when the parents were sleeping following which missing person report was filed with the Maidan Hawally Police Station. The police arrested the woman for driving with expired car registration book, and they checked her name in the system, they discovered she was wanted by law.

Swindler arrested: Personnel from Criminal Evidences have arrested a Syrian for impersonating a Kuwaiti businessman and swindling a 30-year-old woman to the tune of KD 3,000, reports Al-Shahed daily. According to sources the arrest came after the woman — whose identity hasn’t been disclosed — filed a complaint with the Police Station. After the man reportedly refused to answer calls, police set a trap for the man and arrested him in Salmiya. At the time of arrest he was driving a luxurious rented car.
