KUWAIT CITY, Oct 18: The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant-General Sheikh Faisal Al- Nawaf, held a meeting in his office at the Ministry of Interior headquarters with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr Mustafa Reda, the assistant undersecretaries and senior officials of the two ministries, reports Al-Anba daily. At the beginning of the meeting, Al-Nawaf conveyed to those present during the meeting the greetings of Minister of Interior Sheikh Thamer Al-Ali for the joint coordinating efforts.

During the meeting both sides reviewed a number of files of common interest and mechanisms to overcome all obstacles in several areas, including the mechanism for issuing entry visas for doctors and medical staff, in addition to working on the formation of coordination committees between the security and service sectors and related establishment – Ministry of Health to speed up the quality services provided by the two ministries with accuracy. Lieutenant-General Al-Nawaf stressed on the continued cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Health to accomplish common tasks. The meeting also discussed the most important obstacles and outstanding issues between the two ministries, and it was agreed to find quick and legal solutions to them.
