Kuwait Army Chief of Staff General Lieut Gen Mohammad Al-Khodhr receives US Secretary of Defense James Mattis on his arrival to Kuwait.

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 3: US Secretary of Defense James Mattis arrived in Kuwait on Sunday as part of a regional tour. The US secretary was welcomed by Chief of the Kuwaiti Army General Staff Lieut Gen Mohammad Al-Khodhr, US Ambassador to Kuwait Lawrence Sliverman and Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans Brig Mohammad Al- Kanderi, the Ministry of Defense said in a press release.
