Mass transportation system needs to be implemented to solve traffic chaos

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 30: Head of Kuwait Society for Traffic Safety Bader Al-Matar confirmed that the traffic problem in most areas during official working hours is easy to solve, taking into consideration certain alternatives such as modern mass transportation system.
In a press statement, Al-Matar enumerated the basic steps in addressing the traffic problem such as using smart traffic system and organizing the time students leave their homes and schools to ease traffic congestions. He confirmed the society is ready to help in solving this issue in the interest of the country and its people
