How many months should I wait before transferring from Visa 22 to 18

I just want to ask and confirm how many months I should wait so I can start to apply as I am now a visa 22? I am planning to get a job to transfer to visa 18. I was working here with visa 18 before but I resigned and went back to my country. Then last July I came back with visa 22. Hoping for your prompt response.

Answer: If you are a university degree holder you can transfer visa 22 to 18 at any point in time provided you get a job. On the other hand, you should have spent at least one year in Kuwait before you will be eligible to transfer if you are not a university graduate.
