Man selling liquor to bachelors

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 5: Three unidentified persons were arrested in Jahra Industrial Area as they were suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol due to their disoriented demeanor. A security team patrolling the area referred the three persons to Taima Police Station for questioning and other necessary legal measures.

Meanwhile, Jahra securitymen arrested an Asian man for selling local alcohol in an accommodation for bachelors in Jahra. He was found to be in possession of 80 bottles of alcohol at the time of arrest so he was referred to the concerned security department along with the confiscated items. On the other hand, the Operations Unit at the Interior Ministry received a report that an unknown person stole a vehicle in Naseem.

The informant provided police with the plate number and description of the vehicle. Investigations are ongoing to arrest the suspect and recover the stolen vehicle. Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti citizen was arrested as he was accused of entering the country without following the necessary authentication procedures.
