Liquor factory raided, two expats arrested

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 13: The Ministry of Interior raided a liquor factory in the Qurain area. Two expats were arrested along with alcohol and equipment used to produce liquor. They have been referred to competent authorities along with seized items to take legal action.
