Barrels of liquor ready for sale
KUWAIT CITY, April 19: A team of officers from Ahmadi Security Directorate led by the chief Brigadier Abdullah Safah raided a liquor factory in Wafra area after an Asian expatriate was arrested by patrolmen in possession of liquor. An Interior Ministry press statement indicated the Asian tried to escape when he sighted patrolmen, and they managed to arrest him in possession of a bag containing alcohol as he entered a neighboring house. While searching the house, security officers discovered 40 barrels, 9 distillers and a bottle of local-alcohol. He was referred to concerned authorities
