Decision No .1439/18 set to be activated
KUWAIT CITY, March 26: More than 1,800 Kuwaiti citizens with educational qualification of intermediate level and below will not receive national labor subsidy offered by Public Authority for Manpower starting from April, reports Al-Qabas daily quoting informed sources.
They explained that the decision No. 1439/2018 will be activated on April 1. Disbursement of national labor subsidy will be suspended for new applicants with educational qualification of intermediate level and below and who seek to work in private sector companies.
The decision will also include those who do not have experience and have not completed the required course or have not registered in Public Institution for Social Security.
The sources revealed that there are 1,200 Kuwaitis with educational qualification of intermediate level registered in Public Authority for Manpower and in search for job opportunities, 544 with educational qualification below intermediate, and 77 who have professional certificates but have no experience or have not completed any required courses
