Kuwaitis staying in exile to return back

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 13: Several citizens covered by Amiri Amnesty Decree No. 202 of 2021, who are currently staying in Turkey, will return to the country starting from Monday, following the publication of the decree in the Official Gazette on Sunday as per the letter of Secretary General of the Council of Ministers Judge Wael Al-Asousi to the Ministry of Information undersecretary, reports Al-Rai daily.

The one month period for availing the amnesty starts on the day the decree takes effect; that is, upon its publication in the Official Gazette on Sunday. Those covered by the decree include Musallam Al-Barrak, Mubarak Al-Walan, Salem Al-Namlan, Faisal Al-Muslim, Khaled Al-Tahous, Jamaan Al- Harbash, Mishaal Al-Dhaidi, Abdul-Aziz Jarallah, Abdul- Aziz Al-Munais, Nasser Al- Mutairi and Muhammad Al- Blihais
