KUWAIT CITY, Nov 4: The Interior Ministry has called on Kuwaitis going to Saudi Arabia with their cars to respect the laws of the land because in the event of fines, they will not be permitted to leave the country without paying the fines, reports Al-Qabas daily.
The daily quoting security sources said the Saudi authorities are very strict in this regard. Speaking to the daily, the sources said the Saudis have tightened traffic laws against speeding, not wearing seat belts and using the cellphone while driving.
