Kuwaitis die in accidents – ‘No control’

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 7: A Kuwaiti in his 20s succumbed to injuries after crashing his vehicle into a concrete barricade and toppling on the Fourth Ring Road. A team of rescue men was deployed to the scene and dealt with the situation. The remains were deposited to Forensics.

Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti citizen in his 20s died when his vehicle toppled on Fifth Ring Road opposite Bayan area. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the accident, securitymen, firefighters and paramedics rushed to the location to discover the motorist had succumbed to serious injuries.

They referred his corpse to the Forensics Department and a case was registered. ‘And’, two Kuwaiti citizens sustained injuries when their vehicles collided on Sixth Ring Road opposite South Jahra area. Paramedics referred them to Jahra Hospital for treatment. In another incident, an unidentified female motorist reportedly lost control of her vehicle and crashed into the façade of a cooperative society in the Capital Governorate, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the car came to rest near the cashier’s counter and luckily no one was injured except for causing substantial damage to the cooperative. The issue was solved amicably.
