KUWAIT CITY, Jan 22: Police have arrested a Kuwaiti couple (man and a woman) for breaking into cars of company representatives and stealing smart phones and laptops, reports Al-Rai daily.

The thieves, who appeared disoriented at the time of arrest, were taken into custody in Rumaithiya. According to a security source, the suspects would order the products online, using cellphones registered in the names of people who no longer live in the country.

They then chose high rise buildings and gave the address on the possible higher floors and wait for the delivery man at the foot of the building. When the salesmen arrive with the order, they would then break into their vehicles and steal whatever the salesman leaves behind in the car (other orders from other persons). When the complaint was filed in December 2018 they had already stolen 12 smart phones and 2 laptops.
