Kuwaiti citizen high on drugs insults police

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 4: A Police patrol in the Hawally area suspected a car which was traveling aimlessly. Upon stopping the vehicle and checking the driver’s details it was found that he was a Kuwaiti citizen. While speaking to him it appeared he was high on drugs on searching a small quantity of narcotics was found in his possession. The Kuwaiti citizen was referred to the police station and he insulted them. He was referred to the competent authority and was detained to take legal measures against drug possession, use and insulting security officers.
